Step away from the noise of daily life and into a weekend of restoration. The Autumn Reset Retreat is a small, intimate gathering designed to help you breathe deeper, move with intention, and return home with tools you can use long after the weekend ends.

Over two nights in a cozy cabin surrounded by the beauty of Ohio’s fall season, you’ll experience:

  • Friday evening breathwork to ground and release the week

  • Saturday morning yoga followed by an optional hike in nature

  • Saturday evening Stress Relief Blueprint workshop, where you’ll design a personalized plan for balance and calm

  • Sunday morning meditation and farewell brunch before departure

Nutritious, home-cooked meals are included throughout the weekend, allowing you to simply arrive, settle in, and focus on your own reset.

This retreat is intentionally small , only six spots are available, so that each guest receives space and connection in equal measure.

When you join the Autumn Reset Retreat, everything you need for the weekend is taken care of:

  • Two nights in a cozy cabin in a room of your choice

  • All meals from Friday dinner through Sunday brunch - nourishing, home-cooked, and prepared for you by Amanda

  • A Stress Relief Blueprint workshop where you’ll create your own personalized toolkit for balance

  • An optional group hike to enjoy the autumn landscape

The only thing you’ll need to bring is yourself, comfortable clothes, and an openness to pause and reset.
