Our Immersion Event is taking on a new educational, supportive, and relieving face. Introducing: Plunge

Plunge
into your inner-world with the assistance of cold exposure.
Ice baths are all the rage but, they aren’t for everyone.
In our sessions we aren’t diving into JUST ice, we are also diving into learning.
Cold as a tool for:
- Understanding the pointedness of mind
- Addressing Inflammation
- Learning breathwork techniques for stress responses
- Mood boosting

In this session we dive into learning our stress responses through awareness and support the creation of healthy coping skills by using our breath, mind, and body.

FAQs

What Should I Wear?

Generally swimsuits or athletic shorts and a tank top are worn for this session. A towel and Room to change afterword is provided.

How long do I stay in the Ice?

First timers normally stay anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 minutes in the ice. Your personal experience level will determine this length.

Whats the difference in Practice, Purify, Plunge and other ice bath events hosted by Empowered?

Practice, Purify, Plunge is hosted in a private location. This session utilizes a steam sauna before the Ice Barrel dip. A shower is available upon request after this session. You may also book extra time in the sauna - by email request.
We also offer Park Plunge - another community style event by donation at outdoor locations.
and Private Plunge. Go solo or book your buddies for a bonding experience.

What health risks should I be concerned about?

If you have any risk of heart disease, asthma, or panic disorder a release slip from your doctor will be required. If any other health concerns should arise please do consult your primary care physician or medical professional team.
