Step away from the noise of daily life and into a weekend of restoration. The Autumn Reset Retreat is a small, intimate gathering designed to help you breathe deeper, move with intention, and return home with tools you can use long after the weekend ends.
Over two nights in a cozy cabin surrounded by the beauty of Ohio’s fall season, you’ll experience:
Friday evening breathwork to ground and release the week
Saturday morning yoga followed by an optional hike in nature
Saturday evening Stress Relief Blueprint workshop, where you’ll design a personalized plan for balance and calm
Sunday morning meditation and farewell brunch before departure
Nutritious, home-cooked meals are included throughout the weekend, allowing you to simply arrive, settle in, and focus on your own reset.
This retreat is intentionally small , only six spots are available, so that each guest receives space and connection in equal measure.
