Empowered has hosted comprehensive wellness plans since 2021. We take a different approach than one-off retreat days (which are likely to fail when it comes to lasting benefits). Instead, we think of wellness as a whole system. Our plans may include a “wellness day” or “retreat” style session for education and relaxation as a starting point for your health plan. From there we integrate a custom package of fitness, mindfulness, meals, and/or body work on an ongoing basis for your team. See examples below.

Sample Corporate Retreat Day

  • Rise with Morning yoga.

    Focused on balancing the mind and body through gratitude and mindful movement.

  • Gather to connect and enjoy a custom crafted tea blend by local herbalist, and network over a balanced breakfast prepared for you by a chef.

  • Breathwork custom to your organizations needs. Could include an immersive experience wth meditation or grounding music from sound bowls.

  • Custom mood - boosting meal prepared by a chef. Vegan, GF, and other customizations available.

  • Shift your mindset to a space of balance. Workshop session to provide tool-kits for in-the-moment stress relief.

  • Thai Yoga Body Work is a form of massage that combines yoga-like stretching with massage techniques to provide a unique and therapeutic experience.

  • Select a session with Magdalene Luckino for lymphatic body work.
    X’TRACT is a unique therapeutic practice of body and touch to restore the lymphatic system to optimal function. If you are one who struggles with fatigue or seasonal depression this session may be for you!

  • Movement patterns and optimal performance are enhanced here by increasing physical awareness, improving neuromuscular connection, and improving range of motion through passive and active stretching techniques, and breath work.

  • Take care of those who take care of you. Increase clarity and mental wellbeing through mindfulness, meditation, and movement. Stress resilience is the new black.

  • The mental health crisis we are facing is at an all time high. We aim to bring awareness to, facilitate, and teach coping skills so that you may take power back and have agency over your quality of life. You matter.
