Empowered Wellness was founded in 2018. We are a collective of certified yoga and wellness professionals coming together with 25+ years of combined experience to bring yoga classes, bodywork, and wellness workshops to the Ohio Valley.

Yoga & Breathwork Classes

  • Movement is medicine. Breath is life. Check the schedule details to find the class most suited for you. Breathwork is structured in rhythmic breathing patterns intended to stimulate, regulate, and balance the body’s systems. Our movement offerings include prenatal yoga, dynamic styles of recovery, vinyasa yoga, and therapeutic styles.

    Drop in ( single session ): Breathwork $20, Yoga & Movement $15
    5 Class Pass: Prenatal: $80, Regular schedule (Movement) $65

    Subscription (auto pay) Movement: $90

Wellness Offerings

  • Our Certified Health coach will work along side you to design a wellness plan that suits your goals. Implement tools of natural health with discussion on food, physical activity, and suiting scaffolding for over-all wellbeing.

  • We offer massage, body work, and lymphatic system release modalities. Please inquire via email or call to book.

1:1 , Team/Group, and Collaborations

  • Optimize your time and wellness routine. Allow our team to customize sessions that bring your well-being to the forefront. Small group sessions, corporate wellness, and immersive experiences designed to empower and support those who support and empower you.
