How we interact with life is shaped by how we hold our bodies, our thoughts, and our past experiences. Most of us are taught to manage stress by pushing through it or ignoring it until something hurts.

Here, we begin with awareness. We learn how we respond to the world with our physical, emotional, and mental wellness as a priority - so care can grow from understanding instead of guilt. Movement becomes a way to listen, and reflection becomes a way to choose intentionally.

What we offer

Studio Classes

We offer in-person Yoga & Movement classes that currently include:

  • Vinyasa Yoga (gentle, accessible, and mixed-level options)

  • Strength and mobility-based movement class: Power and Poise

Body Work

We offer hands-on services that support circulation, recovery, and relaxation.

Current body work offerings include:

• Lymphatic work
• Thai Bodywork: Manual techniques for mobility, tension, and stress support

These services are designed to complement movement and help the body reset and recover.

Shift

Shift is our coaching and education pathway for understanding how stress, habits, and routines impact our nervous system.

We currently offer:

• 1:1 coaching (mindset, stress support, and habit-building including fitness and nourishment coaching)
• Group programs and challenges
• Workshops and short courses
